A Jamaican moment, mon

There’s a phrase to which I’m attracted, found in common usage in Jamaica.

It is a way of identifying yourself and the divinity within you simultaneously. Thus it is natural for a Rastafarian to say ‘I and I’ when referring to him/herself. It is a way of uniting the self and the divine in the same entity and moment. A way of indicating there is no separation.

I and I can flow with that.
