Your Best Year Yet: 7 Ways to Shift Your Thinking
by Kelly Exeter
Here’s an idea I borrowed from James Altucher (and then bastardized) that works for me.
Make a list of all the words people use to describe you, and that you use to describe yourself.
Once your list is complete, cross off the words you don’t like. The words you think either don’t apply to you, or you don’t want to apply to you.
Now add the words/phrases you do want to apply to you. Words people may not use right now, but you’d like them to use.
Now go and be that person.
