Sometimes all you need is silence and a notepad to effect change in your life.
It’s simple: Sit an hour with pad and paper, no distractions.
Half an hour if you can’t squeeze more than that.
It’s even better if you can plop yourself down in a natural setting.
Sift through the messiness in your mind. Let it settle.
Then let it spill out.
Write without ceasing.
Write what frustrates you.
Get it all down.
Then pivot.
Write what inspires you.
Write a simple step you can take. Maybe two.
Commit to one.
Write that down.
To draw answers from within sometimes all you need is silence and a notepad.
For you —
Evan Griffith
