The Yes Spirit

There are many who ascribe to the idea that you ultimately live out what you focus upon. I am one of those.

So when I go through hardship it is my responsibility  and my joy  to re-focus upon that which is good and useful  to bring more of that into my experience.

I see it this way. It’s as if there is a Yes Spirit lurking about, orchestrating what comes my way. It’s as if this Yes Spirit catches my thoughts, especially the ones pregnant with emotion, and delivers them back me, birthed into the world I can see and touch.

The Yes Spirit says yes to everything. It’s an indiscriminate spirit, returning to me exactly what I’m putting out.

(And when I go through Ease-ship, I can flow more through me by flowing the good and wonderful to others. Works every time.)
