Research from the University of California, Los Angeles, demonstrated that meditators have less age-related shrinkage in all areas of the brain than non-meditators. Meditators also possess stronger neuronal links between brain regions, which suggests enhanced communication and hence capability.

Though it’s one more reason, based on today’s science, to meditate
 it’s not my reason.

My reason is simple: I feel better.

I feel connected. To the deepest aspects of my Self.
